Main Requirements:

• Experience with financial data entry, reconciliations, and reporting 

• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar 

• Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and invoice tracking 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) 

• Prepare regular financial reports for internal leadership and advisory teams 

• Support budget tracking, expense management, and revenue analysis 

• Help maintain accuracy of financial documentation and client billing records 

• Coordinate with the Director of Finance or external accountants as needed 

• Identify process improvements and support implementation of scalable financial systems 

• Track and report on key financial KPIs that guide business decisions 

• Assist with quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including tax prep support
