Main Responsibilities:

• No Experience Needed – We offer one of the best advisor training programs in the country.

• Attain Series 65 and Life & Health licenses

• CFP® candidate or actively pursuing CFP® certification

• Interest in obtaining the CKA® Credential

• Build financial plans

• Attend client meetings and provide support to advisors

• Receive extensive mentorship and training to develop into a financial planner

• Focus exclusively on serving clients, not sales. No prospecting required, as we have more leads coming to us than we can bring on at this point

  LEVEL 1 | Associate Financial Planner

        • Complete training to become a client-facing financial planner.

        • Build financial plans.

        • Begin sitting in client meetings alongside experienced financial planners.

  LEVEL 2 | Financial Planner

        • Develop advanced financial planning expertise and earn the CFP® certification.

        • Serve clients without the help of experienced financial planners.

        • Duplicate yourself by training new team members to achieve our high standards.

  LEVEL 3 | Senior Financial Planner

        • Expert Financial Planner, able to serve any client regardless of complexity.

        • Have a "founder's feel", taking ownership beyond individual responsibilities and improving advisor processes.
